How do I remove the watermark? The watermark is removed by the Premium subscription (billed weekly through Google Play). Tap the ♛ icon in the app to see it. Without a subscription the app stays fully usable — exports simply carry a small watermark and a standard resolution cap.
How do I cancel the subscription? Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Chat Story Studio → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; the period you already paid for runs to its end. Refunds are handled by Google Play.
I subscribed but Premium is not showing. Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is online and signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase.
Where did my projects go? Projects are stored on your device only. Clearing the app's storage, uninstalling the app, or moving to a new phone will not carry them over — there is no cloud backup, by design.
My export failed. Very long conversations produce very large images. Try Visible Screen instead of Full Chat, or split the conversation into two projects.
Can I use the exported images commercially? Yes. What you create is yours. Please read the acceptable-use section of the Terms of Use first — the images are fictional and must not be used to impersonate anyone or to mislead.
